Transportation 
The conference venue in the Fuorigrotta district is easily accessible by various public transportation options. The most convenient methods are:
1. Metro Line 2: Get off at Campi Flegrei, which is 100 meters from the conference building.
2. City train line Cumana: the stop is directly in front of the conference building.

Visa and Invitation Letters 

  • Please notice that visa letters will ONLY be issued to participants who have registered and paid their registration fees in full.
  • It must be understood that these letters are only intended to help participants to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and do not commit the conference organisers to any financial nor insurance obligations.

International participants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements & regulations and should plan travel well in advance. Before travelling, it is recommended that you check with the Italian Representative Office in your country or visit the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation website for an updated information.
Should participants of DEXA 2024 need a letter from the organisers of the conference for filing a visa request, they are required first to complete registration and payment  and then send an email to the organiser office (dexa@iiwas.org) with the following information:
