DEXA 2024 Conferences & Workshops Program

    • The titles of the papers and the list of authors are as they appear in the camera-ready versions. Please review the program and inform us immediately if you find any discrepancies, typos, or conflicts so we can make the necessary corrections.
    • Please note that no changes can be made to the content of the papers at this stage. This includes adding or removing authors, changing the order of authors, or altering the corresponding author.
    • Online access to the conference proceedings will be available during the conference.

  • Registration desk will be open everyday from 08:00 - 16:00
  • Please wear whatever you feel comfortable. There is no specific dress code.
  • All rooms are equipped with a standard Beamer. We prefer that you bring your own computer with the required adapters to connect to the beamer (HDMI and VGA).
  • Presentation time for all paper categories is 20 - 30 minutes including Q&A
  • All sessions will be moderated by session chairs. Please try to come to your session a head of time to check that the beamer is working. 

Instructions for Session Chairs

As a session chair for DEXA 2024 conferences and workshops, your role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all attendees. 

  • Please arrive at your session room 5 minutes early to verify the setup and meet the speakers.
  • Begin the session promptly, introduce each speaker, and ensure they adhere to their allotted time. 
  • Facilitate the Q&A sessions, encouraging audience participation while keeping discussions relevant and concise. 

Your leadership will significantly contribute to the session’s success and the conference’s overall impact.​
